A division of Doerr Furniture of New Orleans, Bedding Plus offers quality mattresses and bedding accessories to homes all over Southeastern Louisiana, Southwest Mississippi and the surrounding region. Bedding Plus is looking for a motivated individual seeking a challenging position in one of the most important roles in our company, Delivery Driver. As a Delivery Driver you are responsible for making deliveries to our customers' homes within a targeted time window. You are also the last Bedding Plus representative to see the customer so the last impression is highly important.

Job Duties/Requirements

• Class D (Chauffeur's) license or higher
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and highly self-motivated
• Loading/Unloading merchandise to and from delivery trucks and into customers’ homes
• Ability to lift/move 75 pounds
• May be assigned to work in the warehouse on an as needed basis
• Good Customer Service skills
• Must be able to work weekends
• Maintains a professional appearance at all times
• Above average communication and listening skills (verbal and written)
• Passion for helping others
• Self-confidence and ability to meet face to face with customers on a daily basis
• Positive attitude
