We are one of less than a dozen teams in the valley who have access to pre-set Zillow appointments and access to several 3rd parties who trust our agents with their high-level clients looking to buy and sell their homes.

Compensation: Agents hitting our minimum sales standards will make $75,000 minimum with many of our high-performance achievers earning over six figures a year.
- Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
- Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
- Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
- Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale
- Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- 1 year of prior experience in the real estate industry
- Completes tasks quickly and efficiently
- Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
- Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly
- Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
