Facility Cleaning Technicians (15) - This position will fill our full-time and part-time openings at the University of Texas, San Antonio as full-time Day porters and part-time evening cleaning crew. The duties will include, but not limited to, performing general cleaning including removing trash, cleaning floors, walls, restrooms, partitions and laboratories using cleaning materials and equipment. The candidate should have 3 or more years of experience cleaning facilities and experience in cleaning in a Higher Education/ healthcare facility. Fluent in both English and Spanish is a plus. Must have ability to work alone and in groups with minimum supervision, ability to prepare written reports if necessary and ability to take instructions from lead staff. The FCT position will work full-time, 40 hours per week, or part-time up to 30 hours per week at the University of Texas at 7703 Floyd Curl Drive, San Antonio, Texas. The pay structure for this position will be hourly with a host of benefit options including, health insurance, flexible spending account, 401K and other company benefits.
