Beautycounter is Hiring a Sr. Manager, Brand Marketing Near Santa Monica, CA

The Sr. Manager, Brand Marketing is responsible for collaborating with all departments on the creation of cohesive campaigns. This position will support strategy, planning, execution, and oversight of 360-degree marketing campaigns including new product launches, strategic brand campaigns, and promotions. The role requires a marketer who has excellent organizational and follow-up skills, outstanding communication, and is a self-starter who takes initiative. 

You’d be joining a small but mighty team which means you’ll have exposure to all our marketing initiatives and take on a variety of tasks that will have high visibility and impact. You’ll support the Director, Brand Activation & Media in executing the brand vision, strategies, and communications to deliver short and long-term business goals.

In this role you will:

  • Create integrated marketing plans and frameworks that guide the execution of 360-degree marketing initiatives.
  • Initiate collaboration across cross-functional partners to ensure marketing campaigns are integrated and thoughtfully conceived and successfully brought to market.
  • Foster and grow the relationship with the paid media agency and collaborate closely with internal Performance Marketing team to ensure full funnel campaign support and optimization.
  • Support execution of creative marketing campaigns from start to finish, working closely with internal partners.
  • Develop presentations and materials that showcase marketing plans to senior leadership.
  • Maintain integrated marketing calendars.
  • Identify KPIs, track performance, report on metrics and learnings, and make data-informed optimization recommendations.
  • Support budget management and invoice processing
  • Keep a pulse on and share industry trends and best-practices.
  • Be a steward of the brand identity ensuring consistency and cohesion across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Manage one direct report: the Manager, Influencer & Brand Partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in brand and integrated marketing, Beauty experience preferred.
  • Experience leading agency partners or were previously at a media agency.
  • Digital and social native who understands the modern marketing landscape.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fantastic attention to detail and excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams, projects, and priorities efficiently and effectively.
  • Proactive, self-starter who is flexible and can thrive in constantly evolving environment.
  • Strong critical thinking and problems solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
