Beauty Industry Group is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead our talent acquisition efforts and play a key role in shaping our organization's workforce. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing innovative recruiting strategies, sourcing and interviewing top talent, and collaborating with senior leadership to attract and retain top talent.
