We are looking for candidates with management experience in the retail, salon or service industries. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Take an active role in daily business driving activities, with consistent presence on the retail & salon floors.
• Assist in attracting, developing, and retaining talent to achieve goals related to staffing.
• Support the General Manager in achieving weekly, monthly, and annual revenue budgets related to salon & spa and retail.
• Work with all team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience (preferably in retail, salon, or service industries).
• Full-time availability, including weekends.
• Proven experience in driving financial performance.
• Service oriented, providing a professional and exceptional client experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
