In our fulfillment center, our goal is to get products to our customers as efficiently as possible. Our Operations Supervisor is focused on productivity, accuracy, reliability, and safety and takes great pride in the role they play within Beauty Brands.

FULL TIME FULFILLMENT

We are hiring for a full-time Operations Supervisor, reporting to the Director of Fulfillment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

As the Beauty Brands Operations Supervisor you will work as an integral part of our eCommerce Fulfillment team. You’ll have the opportunity to work in multiple business units such as leadership, analytics, order pack / ship, replenishment, receiving, and inventory control.

Your primary responsibilities will include :

• Leading and supervising a team up to 30 associates
• Driving towards operational analytics like metrics, labor planning and reporting
• Effectively communicate daily goals, recognition, and areas of focus
• Assist with Start of Day operations which includes order import, managing backorders, and printing picking documents and customer invoices
• Assist with End of Day operations which includes shutdown of packing stations, importing Shipping Manager activity, and closing down Order Fulfillment software
• Adapt, coach, and lead pick and pack teams in an ever-changing environment according to safety standards and best business practices
• Effectively using computers, technology and RF scanners

Qualifications

Required :

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of experience and working knowledge of fulfillment / distribution systems and processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritizes appropriately
• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
• Demonstrated practice of exemplary leadership skills, ability to manage people; delegate, train and motivate associates
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite with knowledge in Excel
• Demonstrated practice of exemplary leadership skills, , ability to manage people; delegate, train and motivate associates

In our fast-paced fulfillment center, you’ll always be on the move. Please note the following physical requirements in addition to tasks above :

• Ability to bend, twist, stretch, push, pull and carry, lift up to 50-75 lbs.
• Comfortable standing and or walking for up to 8 hours
• Work in various temperatures
• Peak seasons many require evening and weekend shifts

Preferred :

Bachelors or AA degree (preferably in Logistics, Business or an industry- related field) typically required
