Beautiful Minds is looking for a detail oriented and passionate Clinical Supervisor to join our growing field Clinical Team!

The Clinical Supervisor (In-Home/In-Community) completes a variety of tasks in order to support service providers and streamline day-to-day clinical operations within the in-home/in-community program. Duties include but are not limited to providing Intensive In-Home or Intensive In-Community services, completing accurate service documentation, facilitating supervision, reviewing client records, and scheduling and performing interviews. This position requires traveling up to 40% of the time.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or a related field.
• Active clinical licensure in the State of New Jersey (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).
• Knowledge of industry ethical guidelines.
• Excellent computer, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance policy.
• Ability to use one’s own vehicle.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize work.
• Attention to detail.
• Flexibility.
• Intact vision, speech, hearing, and a physical condition that permits mobility to perform office and/or field duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
