Key Responsibilities of Our Drivers

• Safely operate company vehicle to transport clients to their destinations.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle.
• Assist clients that require the use of a wheelchair in and out of a wheelchair accessible van and, securing their belongings.
• Ensure the clients are secure in the vehicle whether it's a seat belt or the use of occupant restraint belts.
• Follow established schedules to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
• Communicate with manager to coordinate pick-ups, drop-offs, or appointment changes.
• Provide excellent customer service by always being courteous and professional.
• Reassure patients during the trips, such as when you experience delays.
