Beaufore Garden & Landscape is Hiring a Landscape Team Member Near Warren, MI
Do you have a passion for nature, an enthusiasm for creating sustainable outdoor space, and love working outside on beautiful properties? Beaufore Garden & Landscape in Warren, Michigan is seeking Landscape Garden Team Members to to add to our roster for the 2024 season. We have a lot of exciting projects in the work and need hardworking, passionate people to get them done.
Or focus is on high end residential landscape and gardens with a specialty in naturalistic and native landscapes. So knowledge of native plants and perennials is a major plus!
The job entails working outside, planting, weeding and landscape installation. Our typical season runs early March through mid December. No lawn cutting and no winter snow plowing!
We work 4 - 10 hour days during the most of the season with 5 day weeks during May and June which is our busy season.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate enthusiasm, initiative, a willingness to learn, and take pride in their workmanship!

Requirements of the job are:
Ability to work physically outside 10 hours per day in both the heat and cold.
Lift 50 ( ) pounds repeatedly through out the day
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
Must pass a criminal background check.
