Job Title: PM Tank Wagon Dispatcher

Job Type: Full-time,

Monday- Friday, 2pm-8pm, On-call tell 5am

On-Call every other weekend rotation

Location: Elk River

Beaudry Oil & Propane is currently looking for a Tankwagon Dispatcher to join our team. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a PM Tank Wagon Dispatcher. The primary responsibility of the Dispatcher is to efficiently dispatch all Tankwagon loads while ensuring that Beaudry Oil & Propane is compliant with State and Federal laws. This position will oversee the day to day operations and deliveries of our company trucks while monitoring driver hours.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor truck locations and driving efficiencies with GPS tracking
• Manage driver hours
• Take phone calls with excellent customer service
• Requesting PO information from customers
• Maintaining responsibility for dispatching all trucks in a manner that maximizes efficiency and ensures customer satisfaction
• Answering calls from customers and assessing their needs
• Providing exceptional customer service to customers at all times
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Performing office clerical work, such as filing and organizing
• Working as a team player and contributing to the team accordingly
• Interdepartmental dispatching
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in dispatching preferred 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work flexible hours
