Perform daily maintenance operations and activities in an assigned area of Club facilities. Inspects maintenance work, and performs related work as required.
Essential Functions:
Evaluates work and report to Maintenance Supervisor.
Follows safety protocol and use of chemicals and cleaning agents and is following standard operating procedures.
Participates in operations in assigned areas.
Answers questions and provides information related to projects including resolving problems.
All other as required.
Physical Requirements:
Continually on feet throughout work shift.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 - 30 pounds.
Requires bending, reaching, and twisting mobility.
Working Conditions:
Indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions and temperatures ranging from 20 – 110 degrees.
Minimum Qualifications:
Possession of a high school diploma or general equivalency diploma (G.E.D.) and three years of skilled or semi-skilled maintenance experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed above.
Must be fluent in English.
