We've hosted over 300,000 players including hundreds of corporate team building outings, school groups, and non-profit organizations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
This Senior Full Stack Developer role is a great opportunity to apply your experience and skills on a growing and responsive business that is managed by the software we build. You'll have a key role in technical decision-making and clear roles and responsibilities. We are always innovating and pushing the platform forward. We look at our platform as more than just the games and the operations around them - it's a platform to create and execute experiences for our customers.
The Senior Full-Stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using VueJs and Typescript.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and other developers, to create user-friendly, responsive web interfaces.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and user experience.
  • Design and support relational databases, such as MySQL/Maria DB with Sequelize, to manage data storage and retrieval.
  • Implement and maintain Restful and GraphQL API endpoints to facilitate seamless data exchange between client and server.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality, well-architected code.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • 4-6 years of experience in full-stack web development, with a focus on Vuejs, TypeScript, and Node.js.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases, specifically MySQL/MariaDB.
  • Proficient in using Rest and GraphQL for API design and implementation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to design attractive and usable user interfaces.
  • Experience with Cloud - specifically AWS
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with messaging based protocols such as MQTT and Web Sockets.
  • Experience with Data Analytics
  • Experience with performance optimization and application security best practices.
  • Experience with DevOps and Deployment with Jenkins
  • A passion for learning new technologies and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Strong UI/UX design skills.
  • Windows and Linux System Administration, and network security
