Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential customers
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales

Skills:

- Proven experience in customer service and parts knowledge is a must.
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Strong sales acumen and ability to close deals
- Ability to engage in warm calling techniques
- Knowledge of technology is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
