Job Summary
The Laundry Aide / Housekeeper provides cleaning services to provide a safe, sanitary, comfortable, and homelike environment for residents, staff and the public.The main responsibilities of this position will be for the cleaning of the resident rooms and common areas. Laundry responsibilities may also be expected as part of this position. All services will be provided and maintained in accordance with facility policies and procedures and consistent with state and federal laws and regulations to maintain an environment that enhances the quality of life for residents.
Work Experience Requirements
Prior proven experience in a nursing home environment with strong knowledge of environmental cleaning.Utilization of effective time management skills is a must.
