Job Title: Supervisor, Resident Experience
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Hourly

What you will do:
  • Welcome new residents to the community with warmth and enthusiasm.
  • Assist and guide the on-site Resident Experience Team at the Front Desk and Welcome Center in carrying out their daily duties.
  • Schedule maintenance visits to ensure residents can settle into their new homes with minimal issues and disruptions.
  • Investigate and solve resident issues.
  • Communicate with clear intentions and professionalism.
  • Make actionable recommendations on how to improve the resident experience based on daily observations.
  • Ensure daily tasks of the department are completed.
  • Facilitate training of new team members.
  • Escalate urgent and important matters to management’s attention.
What you should have:
  • The ability to connect with others to keep the team aligned and focused.
  • 2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service. Prior experience supervising team members is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and the self-initiative to follow through and ensure resolutions are carried out.
  • Technology skills as you will use our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics) and phone system to assist residents throughout the day.
  • A love for doing what others won’t and solving difficult problems.
  • A desire to grow and take on ever increasing responsibility.
  • Ability to work weekends.
What we offer:

Hourly Rate: $30.00 – $31.79
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience & location.
