What you will do:
- Welcome new residents to the community with warmth and enthusiasm.
- Assist and guide the on-site Resident Experience Team at the Front Desk and Welcome Center in carrying out their daily duties.
- Schedule maintenance visits to ensure residents can settle into their new homes with minimal issues and disruptions.
- Investigate and solve resident issues.
- Communicate with clear intentions and professionalism.
- Make actionable recommendations on how to improve the resident experience based on daily observations.
- Ensure daily tasks of the department are completed.
- Facilitate training of new team members.
- Escalate urgent and important matters to management’s attention.
What you should have:
- The ability to connect with others to keep the team aligned and focused.
- 2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service. Prior experience supervising team members is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the self-initiative to follow through and ensure resolutions are carried out.
- Technology skills as you will use our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics) and phone system to assist residents throughout the day.
- A love for doing what others won’t and solving difficult problems.
- A desire to grow and take on ever increasing responsibility.
- Ability to work weekends.
What we offer:

Hourly Rate: $30.00 – $31.79
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience & location.
