Job DescriptionDIRECTOR OF CULINARYPOSITION IS SOUTH SHORE/PLYMOUTH COUNTY, MASSACHUSETTS BASED. CURRENT COMMUTABLE/LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY PLEASE. About The RoleSouth Shore, MA area. Successful, well respected, privately owned, casual, full service restaurant company with locations throughout the South Shore/Plymouth County with more to come. Along with oversight of multiple locations, will help create & implement SOP's to improve quality and create consistency system wide. will develop new menu items, training materials & standardized recipes. Lead & mentor team of chefs and kitchen managers, oversee test kitchen, assist in kitchen design and opening of new locations/concepts as well as purchasing and vendor relationships.
YouHands on, detail focused, systems driven, creative, culinary director/regional chef with multi-unit experience and/or Chef/KM with strong opening experience . Multi-unit culinary exposure in a full service, national or regional chain concept ideal.
