We are looking for a warehouse associate to join our client in the electronics industry. This position involves a variety of tasks, including but not limited to inventory control, processing purchase orders, loading & unloading freight, and managing all returns.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Pompano Beach, FL

Pay Rate: $17HR

Schedule: 8AM - 5PM, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities: 

• Load and unload delivery trucks to receive stock and fulfill transport orders.
• Maintain accurate records of shipping, purchase orders, and commercial invoices, forwarding them as necessary.
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, hand trucks, pallet jacks) for safe and efficient movement of items.
• Participate in physical inventories to verify stock and identify losses.
• Prepare orders by picking from stock to meet delivery requirements.
• Provide quality customer service to maintain an efficient work environment.
• Receive stock and non-stock items to ensure correct specification, quantity, and quality.

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurately recording inventory transactions.
• Proficiency in using warehouse equipment and tools, such as forklifts and hand scanners.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to warehouse operations.
