The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the day-to-day warehouse upkeep, including picking and verifying orders, loading, and unloading of products, and inventory control using warehouse equipment state of the art technology .
The ultimate goal of this role is to procure, process, and dispatch products to customers and vendors for one of our established wholesale HVAC distributorships.

Required Qualifications
- Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide superior service.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- A willingness to learn and grow with our Company.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check Preferred Qualifications
- 6 months Warehouse experience including forklift operation.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC and truckload logistics is a plus.
