Beacon Property Services is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Charleston, SC
The Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance and repair to ensure apartments are in good working order. Responsibilities include preparing apartments for move-in and ongoing maintenance, including plumbing, carpentry, and light grounds maintenance. The Maintenance Technician reports to the Property Manager.
The ideal candidate is: dependable, thorough, and independent.
