Summary: 
Are you looking for a company that you can call home and have opportunities to grow? We are looking for a Call Cetner Representative to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent phone etiquette, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to speak clearly. They should also be computer literate and able to answer multiple phone lines while maintaining a professional demeanor.
If you are a self-motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this position.
Responsibilities:
  • Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
  • Scheduling appointments and confirming patient information.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all calls and appointments.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Computer literate and able to navigate various software programs
  • Ability to answer multiple phone lines in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Reliable with excellent attendance
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift

Special Requirements:
  • Must be able to sit up to 80% of the time.
