Job Details
We are seeking a talented Network Operations Analyst to join the team. This person will be responsible for troubleshooting and ensuring network and system connectivity for retail stores. They will work with onsite employees to help resolve issues.
Required Skills:
2 years in a Network Support or NOC positionExperience troubleshooting and resolving network connectivity issues
Experience within a Cisco Meraki enviornment
Experience with ISP's(Internet Service Providers)
Experience with system issues and outages
Good attitude and work ethic
Experience working with onsite technicians and store employees to triage issues
Desired Skills: CCNA
