The role reports to the Director, Transfer Center Operation and involves a variety of responsibilities, including dispatching an ambulance, wheelchair, and medical helicopter, performing office administrative duties, data collection, and answering phones. Working Conditions
This position may require working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. The individual will work in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful office environment due to the need to respond to urgent patient transportation requests. In addition, the individual must be able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Physical Demands
This position requires sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods. The individual must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to25 pounds. Requires the physical ability and stamina to perform the essential functions of the position.
