Overview:
We are seeking to hire someone to cover our North Myrtle Beach Route and the 3 locations and duties are listed below.
- Monday-Friday....Starting in the evening around 530PM this banking center located in Bare Foot area and here we spend about a hour cleaning this center and performing Janitorial Tasks.
- Monday-Saturday..... Starting in the evening around 530PM one banking center located in North Myrtle Beach and here we spend about a hour cleaning this center and performing Janitorial Tasks......
- ((!!!! Monday-Friday is evenings )) and than on Saturday we clean it in the afternoon!!!
- Wednesday and Saturday (2 Days a week)..... Starting in the evening around 8PM no earlier than 8PM in North Myrtle Beach we clean a retail store and here we spend about a hour cleaning this store and performing Janitorial Tasks.

- PAID $560.00 ONCE PER MONTH!!!!! ONCE AGIAN $560.00 ONCE PER MONTH ON THE 15TH OF EACH MONTH VIA DIRECT DEPOSIT
- 1099 CONTRACTOR HOWEVER WE SUPPLY EVERYTHING YOU WILL NEED FOR CLEANING THESE BUILDINGS AND YOU DO NOT HAVE TO LUG ANYTHING EVERYTHING IS LOCATED IN EACH BUILDING
- BACKGROUND CHECK AND RELIABLE TRANSPORATION REQUIRED

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Follow safety procedures while handling cleaning chemicals
- Notify management of any repairs needed within the facility
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in custodial or janitorial roles preferred
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
