Beach Janitorial Services LLC is Hiring a Janitorial Worker Near Conway, SC
Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Janitorial Worker for our company to provide cleaning to 2 Locations.
- Friday Evening-- You will start around 730 PM cleaning with another team member this location we clean the Clubhouse/Offices/Gym/Bathrooms and you will work together taking roughly 2 hours to complete the cleaning tasks.
- Saturday or Sunday Daytime-- You will clean one Financial Building(Bank Branch) taking roughly 1:30 to complete the tasks of standard cleaning and 2X monthly we do a little extra cleaning task such as detail dusting and like tasks.
- Sunday Evening- You will start around 730PM cleaning the same place as on Friday however this day you work by yourself and perform deep cleaning tasks in the building such as detail vacuuming of the Gym/Studio Room/Scrubbing Showers and such and takes about 2 hours to complete the tasks.
Paid $400.00 Per Month via Direct Deposit around 15th of each month as a 1099 Contractor........ HOWEVER WE SUPPLY ALL NEEDED SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT
BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED
Duties:
- Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including windows, furniture, and fixtures
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify when restocking is needed
- Follow established safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move heavy objects if required
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
