BÉIS Travel is seeking an organized and detail oriented Creative Production Coordinator to join our creative team. This candidate will be responsible for overseeing the logistics of all creative photoshoots and branded events from planning to asset organization/handoff.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with Creative Director to execute photo/video Productions
  • Including booking crew, talent, and locations and securing proper permitting
• Work closely with Marketing team to bring all event production to life
• Coordinate & handle product Pick-up/Drop-off for shoots/event
• Work closely with creative director to create organized shot lists prior to shoots
• Oversee and maintain prop organization
• Own asset timeline and deliveries
• Work closely with graphic designer/retoucher to ensure all asset corrections are done in a timely manner
• Oversee asset management including using the proper naming conventions, organizing in our shared drive, and distributing to relevant internal/external partners

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 year of production and post-production for brands or photoshoot experience; experience in a marketing or creative department
• Highly organized and solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills with ability to interact & articulate support of creative goals and further creative vision, ability to negotiate contracts, create vendor compliance and coordinate multi-vendor activity
• Works well under pressure and thrives in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment
• Problem-solves quickly and effortlessly for a variety of requests and timelines
• Manages day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of production challenges

Hourly Range: $28.85 - $33.70 (~$60,000 - $70,000 annual)
