Description
Beach Front Property Management, Inc. is looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong customer service in property management and maintenance experience to oversee the daily operations of our property in Long Beach, CA.
If you enjoy jumping into new projects and having variety as a Property Manager, this position is for you! The Multi-Site Property Manager will work directly with the trainer and the onboarding team. You will be travelling amongst properties to ensure properties are trained to follow the Beach Front process. Properties are in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas but may expand to other counties as needed.
Reports to: Training Department
Position Type: Full-Time, Non-exempt
Location: Corporate Office – Long Beach, CA
Workdays: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. On call may be required for any after-hours emergencies.
Hourly rate: $27 to $29 hourly
Additional Compensation: $35.00 monthly cell phone stipend
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in onsite conventional apartment management
- Experience in managing multiple properties
- Proficiency in Yardi Voyager
- A current and valid driver's license, proof of insurance and a clean driving record.
- Excellent leadership and leasing skill
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management
