Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Volleyball Coach to join our team. As a Volleyball Coach, you will be responsible for training and developing athletes, organizing practice sessions, and leading the team during games and tournaments. If you have a strong background in sports coaching and a love for volleyball, we want to hear from you!

Duties:

• Develop and implement effective training programs to improve players' skills and performance
• Plan and organize practice sessions, including drills, conditioning exercises, and strategy discussions
• Teach players the rules and techniques of volleyball
• Evaluate players' strengths and weaknesses to provide individualized coaching
• Lead the team during games, providing guidance and making strategic decisions
• Motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential
• Foster a positive team culture based on respect, sportsmanship, and teamwork
• Communicate with parents/guardians regarding team updates, schedules, and player progress

Experience:

• Previous experience as a sports coach, preferably in volleyball or related sports
• CPR certification is a plus
• Experience working with students or children in educational or childcare settings
• Knowledge of other martial arts disciplines such as karate, judo, or taekwondo is beneficial
• Ability to climb ladders or stairs to access equipment or facilities

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of volleyball rules, techniques, and strategies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire athletes of all skill levels
• Patience and understanding when working with young athletes
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for practices, games, and tournaments
