Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of behavioral health services and providing clinical guidance to staff members. Duties:

- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to nursing staff

- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

- Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, to address the needs of patients

- Monitor treatment progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes

- Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychologists and psychiatrists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans

- Stay up-to-date with the latest STP/Federal regulations

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation

Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- A minimum of [2] years of experience in providing clinical supervision in a behavioral health setting

- Proficiency in medical terminology related to behavioral health conditions

- Strong knowledge of evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques, particularly those used with children

- Experience working with individuals on the schizophrenia or related disorders

- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound clinical judgments

- Demonstrated experience in conducting group therapy sessions

Skills:

- Proficiency in medical terminology related to behavioral health conditions

- Point Click Care Experience

- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound clinical judgments

- Demonstrated experience in conducting group therapy sessions

Pay: $30.00 - $39.00 per hour
