Air Liquide Benelux is looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. As an inside sales representative you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Besides, you must be comfortable having numerous multi channel interactions with customers and prospects per day. You will be working with channel partners and are responsible for generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. On a day to day basis you will be in touch with our marketing teams, network sales reps, customer service, operations, product management, etc. You will enter a very dynamic new and young team of sales professionals. Our sales team has a strong team feeling and helps each other in every situation. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver an excellent customer experience during daily multichannel customer interactions Qualifying leads and transforming them into opportunities to establish commercial proposals Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repetitive business Goes the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales Performs basic calculations to provide prospects and customers with accurate prices and quotes Take initiative by informing regular customers of new products or services and price changes Saving all customer interactions and sales activities as well updating lead/account information in CRM Introduce new innovative Air Liquide solutions to customers and prospects Are you a MATCH? REQUIRED EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS Associate/Bachelor diploma in Business administration. Alternative (e.g. marketing, sales) or comparable 3-4 years professional experience within a fast paced sales, inside sales or telesales environment Success in creating/chasing cold and warm leads Understanding customer needs and requirements and translate them to Air Liquide solutions Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM and Google (docs, spreadsheets) is a strong plus.
