Job Summary:

We are an engineering firm who is a seeking a marketing and business development coordinator to assist our Director of Marketing with targeted sales campaigns. This is a paid position. Marketing and business development experience is a plus and college students are welcome to apply!

A four year college degree is a plus but not required with equivalent experience. Candidate must be detail oriented, possess a solid understanding on Microsoft office including excel, outgoing and good on the phone and willing to make introductory sales calls, if necessary.

Duties:
- Assist in Developing and implementing strategic plans to expand customer base and achieve sales goals
- Assist in conducting market research to identify new business opportunities

- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and customer data
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
- Assist in Project Management duties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Experience with cold calling is a plus
- Experience with customer relationship management software
- Knowledge of project management principles is a plus

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 17.00 – 20.00 per week
