Job Summary
The Digital Product Management team at BDA leads the vision and strategy for our ecommerce digital products. We align our product initiatives to our customer needs and business goals while ruthlessly prioritizing development efforts to drive increased user engagement, growth, and customer satisfaction. As a Digital Product Manager for our e-commerce business, you will be driving solutions that focus on our 3rd party capabilities. These include B2B, Post-order, PIM, Gift Cards, Address Validation, and Fraud Prevention. You will be responsible for delivering maximum value out of these investments and working closely with vendors to drive improvements and innovations, so our users are getting the best customer experience. You will also work closely with clients, designers, developers, and other teams across BDA to discover opportunities that will have a measurable impact. Your strong product instincts and ability to understand customer use cases through experimentation and data analysis will be crucial in developing the right solutions at the right time. You will be a champion for your products and an advocate for the customer across the organization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Champion client needs, pain points, and business opportunities across the organization
· Be a SME for your product area(s) and a go-to resource for team members across BDA
· Have a passion of technology, digital trends, and user-centric design principles
· Think strategically when defining product roadmap prioritization and creating business cases for new opportunities
· Work collaboratively with key stakeholders and project teams to communicate and execute your product roadmap
· Work with multi-functional teams in distributed locations
· Demonstrate strong leadership to build cohesive team focused on delivering value
· Demonstrate a strong understanding of product development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
· Effectively communicate requirements and technical details to stakeholders and engineering team
· Establish project goals, measure your business impact, and prioritize additional opportunities for success
· Proactively improve our external and internal deliverables and operational processes
· Give compelling presentations to stakeholders on projects and vision
· Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behavior

QUALIFICATIONS
· 5 years in digital product management with global perspective
· 5 years working in ecommerce; preference for B2B
· 3 years working with 3rd party software
· Successful delivery of products: understanding of what it takes to get a product from inception to market
· Strong bias for action: willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what is necessary to meet your goals.
· Experienced in product documentation: writing functional design specifications to clearly articulate customer-centric requirements
· Self-directed: sets and meets deadlines, multi-tasks, and prioritize.
· Thrives in ambiguous situations: motivated by the opportunity to work with teams to define a clear course of action
· Utilized various delivery and analytics tools: JIRA, Confluence, Google Analytics
We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $130,000. If you are hired at BDA, your compensation will be determined based on factors that may include geographic location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any offer. In the spirit of pay transparency, the range listed is the full base salary range for the role and hiring at the top of the range would not be typical, in order to allow for future salary growth. The range listed is just one component of BDA’s total compensation and rewards programs, which includes: robust PTO; vacation, a paid volunteer day, holidays and summer Fridays, Benefits; medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, 401k; tuition reimbursement, mental health and financial wellness programs and professional development opportunities including tuition reimbursement. Certain revenue-generating positions may be eligible for incentive compensation.
