Lead Technical Associates

We're seeking a skilled Technical Associate to join our team and work with state-of-the-art equipment while maintaining high-quality production standards. As a Technical Associate, you will be responsible for the following:
Operating, optimizing, and maintaining assigned production equipment
Meeting and exceeding production standards while maintaining product quality
Minimizing and preventing equipment downtime and sustaining budgeted waste levels
Maintaining accurate equipment logs and recording downtime and maintenance problems
Performing preventative maintenance on equipment
Starting up equipment and ensuring accurate functioning
Monitoring component inventories and safety guards
Maintaining a neat and orderly production environment
Monitoring in-process quality and addressing issues as needed
Performing required Q.C. checks and process challenges
Following safety and environmental procedures and Quality System Requirements
Supporting upstream and downstream operations
Performing rework as required
Working optimally in a team environment
Performing other duties as assigned by Supervisor
H.S. Diploma/G.E.D preferred
Maintenance Repair / Mechanical Experience or Proficiency required and 2 years experience preferred
Knowledge of automated process required
6- 12 months of manufacturing experience desired
Working with PLC's, Hydraulics and Pneumatics desired
Must be proficient with basic hand tools.
Should be familiar with the following mechanical components, bushings, chain drives, conveyors, gearboxes, and ball valves.
Should also be familiar with the following electrical components; photo-eyes, scales, reed switches, VFD’s.
Able to work autonomously and be self-motivated.
Able to work any shift including 12 hour night or 8 hour night shifts
Must have clear and legible handwriting
