The Role – What You’ll Do!
Application Programmer Analyst’s perform coding, debugging, testing, configuration, and analysis to develop or modify application programs and websites. They work with other departments and staff to conduct analysis of functional and technical requirements to create necessary specifications for new applications and changes to existing ones. They utilize a variety of programming, scripting, and database languages to produce efficient code and produce application documentation, process diagrams, and data flow diagrams. Analysts also provide support for implementing, enhancing, integrating, and maintaining applications.
