What you will be doing:
- The advancement of our industry, brand, and reputation is being driven by our Plumbers. As a Commercial Plumber, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Cooperate with other trades on the project to complete the project
- Plan, layout and install all drain systems, domestic water systems, natural gas systems, install plumbing fixtures, water heaters, kitchen equipment & elevator sump pumps.
- Performs preventive maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed or requested by customers
- Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials, and coordinating on-site work as necessary
- Interacts with customers and documents work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files
- Keeps current all manufacturers' products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair
- 4 years of Plumbing experience in commercial construction.
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and design ability of related plumbing systems
- Working knowledge of all hand and power tools
- High standard of integrity and professionalism
- Strong working knowledge of job site safety
