What you will be doing:

• This individual will be responsible for being proficient in all styles of duct (galvanized, rectangular, double-wall, slip and drive, etc.)
• Entering field orders into Vulcan software for fabrication.
• Putting together packets of Labels, Cut Lists and Shipping documentation for the Sheet Metal Shop Team
• Conducts Quality Control Checks on field orders and communicates with the team on any issues.
• Responsible for keeping the production schedule up to date by communicating with the Management Team
• Working with the Shipping Team on delivery schedules as required
• Sectioning and Numbering Duct for fabrication
• Responsible for working with fiberglass, plastics, and other nonmetallic materials
• Measure and cut appropriate size of sheet metal, as well as install preassemble duct
• Any other tasks as required by Management

What you need for this role:

• 4 years in commercial duct installation
• ABC Apprenticeship Program or NCCER training/certification required.
• Ability to understand schematic diagrams, blueprints and other specifications
• Experience working with hand tools and power tools
• Strong working knowledge of job site safety
• Experience with CamDuct and Vulcan are preferred but we are willing to train.
• Basic Computer Skills required, Windows Applications.
