The candidate must be admitted to the Bar in the state or eligible for reciprocal admission. Duties:Successfully conduct mediations and trials.Research and analyze complex legal issues.Draft memorandums, briefs, letters, and other legal documents.Market personal and firm services to prospective clients.Perform discovery of electronically stored data and hard copies of information.Conduct due diligence in all matters.Manage a schedule to accommodate consultations and closure of consultations.Actively engage in brand expansion through various channels.Seek positive feedback from satisfied clients.
