Position Title : Transaction Processor

Location : Glen Burnie MD 21061

Anticipated Start Date : Tentative start Date : 05 / 06 / 2024

Expected Duration : 03 months Contract with a strong possibility of extension or permanent

Job Type : Contract (40 HRS WEEKLY), CONTRACT , ONSITE

Pay Range : $16 / hr - $17 / hr

Hours of position : 7 : 00 am to 3.30 PM

Shift Days : Wednesday to Sunday (Monday & Tuesday is off)

Job Description :

Provides administrative support to business operations by performing processing tasks such as mailroom sorting and machine operation, high and low-speed mail opening and scanning, exception processing, and similar activities.

Will perform one or more of the following duties :

• Receives, sorts, scans, and distributes incoming mail and materials.
• Operate mail sorting, mail opening, and mail capture equipment.
• Processing payments, payment capture, reject handling
• Standing, Walking, and Lifting up to 10 lbs.
• Operate 10 key-adding machines.
• Complete accuracy and compliance testing as needed.
• Performs clerical task functions as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
