- 1. Must be organized with strong written & verbal communication skills to articulate, translation and present technical information to non-technical audience.

2. Creative, intellectually curious, fast learner with ability to quickly learn new tools and processes.

3. Proficient with Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, and Windows 11.

4. Editing and Proofreading skills

Overview of the work being done:

- The candidate would be responsible for creating, maintaining, and presenting Knowledge and Learning artifacts. Training and explaining best practices to teammates regarding using their technology products and self-service tools. Measuring the success and continuously driving improvements to our artifacts and processes to stay relevant and valuable. Prioritizing tasks in Jira and articulating this to both stakeholders and the team. In this role you will need to contribute to the vision and roadmap for knowledge and learning.

- Creating Learning and knowledge artifacts

* Ie- skill specific in nature to work being done

* Mindset to promote and market products and services.

* Understanding of the Agile methodology utilizing Jira.

* Experience with Adobe Premier Suite, Captivate, Camtasia, iSpring and HTML.

* Knowledge of Remedy/ITSM

Position Summary: Maximizes the value for a product. Defines the vision and roadmap for the product, defining and prioritizing stories in the product backlog, and articulating this to both stakeholders and the development team. With some guidance, creates the vision and roadmap for the product to align with strategic direction for the business or technology domain. Communicates the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders, business partners, end users and the team.

Responsibilities: Works closely with stakeholders to understand their needs in a scaled Agile model to ensure there is alignment. Possess a working knowledge of the product, and basic understanding of the business or technology domain focused on employee experience. Collaborates with stakeholders to understand their needs and problems. Creates and prioritizes work for one team. Learning to collaborate with cross-functional teams. With some guidance, creates and prioritizes stories in the product backlog. Refines stories with the team to ensure there are enough ready stories to load the next 1-2 sprints. Reviews and accepts stories and is empowered to make on-the-spot decisions on scope and requirements. Works in partnership with the team to ensure that optimum value is obtained through technology and through an advanced understanding of the business. Individual contributor.

Required Skills:

• Strong written verbal communication skills to articulate/translation of technical information to non-technical audience.

• 2 years of experience with product management and/or marketing in the IT space

• Product Service evaluation with Business Case/ROI development

• Vendor Management - performance and contract

• Cross-department project execution

• 2 years of experience with Agile methodology utilizing JIRA Confluence

• Experience coordinating software development projects

• Ability to work independently and within a distributed global team

• Stakeholder Management

Desired Skills:

• Certified Product Owner or Product Manager

• Drive product adoption and identify pain points.

• Financial management background
