Position Title : HR Generalist IV (Remote Work)
Locations : Durham, NC 27703
Anticipated Start Date : 3 / 24
Expected Duration : 12 months
Job Type : Contract with possible extension
Shifts : 8 - 5 PM
Pay Rate : $45.00 / hr on W2
Job Description :
This role will serve as lead on a key project involving collecting job descriptions and conducting job evaluations for sales positions with heightened focus on Labcorps Diagnostics Segment.
The project involves interviewing HR partners and sales leaders to collect relevant job information, and job evaluation and market pricing of specific roles.
The role will also support the overall needs of Sales Compensation across the enterprise.
Position description :
maintenance of relationship with sales leadership, finance, and business executives, modeling
scenarios, and providing guidance on best practices and design alternatives
incentive, and car allowances, and other compensation design and practices trends.
