Job Description:
We are seeking an Access Governance Systems Analyst to enhance security and streamline access control to support Intel's strategy to adapt to the changing landscape of the semiconductor industry where there is a growing need for more advanced and specialized chip manufacturing capabilities. This critical role involves developing an access governance framework, ensuring compliance, building reports and addressing security standards throughout the access lifecycle in partnership with the business.

Deliverables: The deliverables for this project will include: helping to build out the processes for managing access to key SAP systems and downstream systems, building and executing an engagement model with internal Intel customers for compliance to our access management model, building reports related to access governance, optimizing our access management processes.

Job Description:
We are seeking an Access Governance Systems Analyst to enhance security and streamline access control to support Intel's strategy to adapt to the changing landscape of the semiconductor industry where there is a growing need for more advanced and specialized chip manufacturing capabilities. This critical role involves developing an access governance framework, ensuring compliance, and addressing security standards throughout the access lifecycle in partnership with the business. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical and business acumen, be proactive, analytical, and have strong communication skills to align business requirements with security policies.
Responsibilities:
1. Analyze and evaluate current identity governance and administration processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to integrate IGA solutions into the broader security architecture.
3. Participate in Program Increment (PI) planning, Sprint Planning, and other SAFe ceremonies, contributing to the team's objectives and commitments.
4. Develop and maintain IGA policies, procedures, and controls in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
5. Assist in the design and implementation of role-based access controls (RBAC) for key Intel initiatives.
6. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for identity and access management processes.
7. Conduct regular audits to ensure we are in compliance with governance and regulatory policies.
8. Configure and customize Identity Governance & Administration tools and systems to meet business requirements.
9. Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving identity and access management issues.
10. Create and maintain documentation related to identity governance processes, systems, and procedures.
11. Monitor and analyze access patterns, identify access governance anomalies, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience in identity governance and administration, including experience with IGA tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or similar.
2. Solid understanding of regulatory requirements related to identity access management (i.e., SOX, GDPR)
3. Experience with reporting capabilities (Power BI, Excel, report scripting - Python, Power Query).
4. Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, principles, and best practices
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred but not required, BS degree - More apt to experience than degree.
