BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Attorney 1 for an opportunity in Redmond, WA- Onsite!

Position Title: Attorney 1

Location: Redmond, WA- Onsite

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Pay Range:[$45] - [$50]

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Requirement:

1. 1 Year of Immigration experience (some sort) - Business would be great, but they need to have something even if its family based.

2. JD degree.

Summary:

• The main function of an Attorney is to research legal precedent, investigating facts, or preparing legal documents. A typical Attorney is responsible for conducting research to support a legal proceeding, formulate a defense or to initiate legal action.
• Review of non-immigrant and immigrant visa filings. Require a Law Degree from a credible university and admission to the bar. 1 plus year of immigration experience, preferably in employment-based immigration, but will also accept family-based immigration experience. Normal rhythm of business with petition review. Coming into a busy time of the year based on volume increase.

Candidate Requirements:

• Years of Experience Required - 1 overall years of experience in the field.
• Degrees or certifications required - Juris Doctor (JD), a Law Degree from a credible university and admission to the bar degree is required to be eligible for this role.
