Job Description: Job Responsibilities Provide first contact resolution for member service inquiries at consumer centers including services such as benefit explanation, claims research and explanation, assisting members with plan selection, member tools and resources, premium payments and community resources. Proactively educate consumers on Marketplace products including conducting informational meetings and supporting one on one enrollment via healthcare.gov as needed. Sell health, life, dental, vision, accident and hospital indemnity insurance plans. Develop, implement and execute targeted engagement campaigns with community leaders, business owners, retirement communities, nursing homes and minority groups to drive center traffic and community engagement. Mobile Center position will require 100% travel across the state. The mobile Insurance Advisor position will be 100% market based. Job Qualifications Education High School Diploma or equivalent Experience 3 years - Experience in a Support function or Customer Service required Skills\Certifications Medicare Certification (AHIP) to sell Senior Markets Products required, or must obtain within 90 days from hire, and maintain annually. Certification to sell Qualified Health Plans required, or must obtain within 90 days from hire, and maintain annually. Ability to work flexible hours in order to meet the needs of the business Proven decision making and problem solving skills Must be willing to work weekends and / or take 24-hour call. License Active TN Life and Health license is required at hire, or must obtain within 90 days from hire.
