Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain inventory and ingredients at all times.
• Prepare homemade pizza sauce.
• Accurately top and prepare pizza in a fast paced environment.
• Build a fire, monitor and maintain temperature in a wood fired oven.
• Mix, cut and portion pizza dough. 
• Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Properly weigh and measure all ingredients to specification..
• Set up and break down workstation.
• Execute and plate dishes to Bakers Crust specification and standards.
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

• Attention to detail in all aspects of preparation, execution and plating.
• Experience as a Pizza Cook is a plus, specifically utilizing a wood fired oven.
• Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively.
• Maintain proper uniform standards.
• Display excellent customer service skills.
