BCAK Baker's Crust Artisan Kitchen is Hiring a Kitchen Assistant Manager Near Virginia, VA
We are looking for an Assistant Kitchen Manager to supervise daily back of house restaurant operations.
Assistant Kitchen Manager responsibilities include supervising the food prep and cooking, maintaining a fully-stocked kitchen inventory and complying with safety and cleanliness standards. To be successful in this role, you should be able to manage our kitchen staff and guide them to deliver quality food on time.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Recruit, train, manage, schedule and supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food orders
- Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
- Places food and supply orders, and conducts inventory counts
- Completes line-checks daily to ensure all stations are stocked with quality food
- Works directly with Catering Coordinator in preparation for planned events
Requirements
- Proven working experience
- Excellent record of kitchen management
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
