BBM Inc. is an Electronic Manufacturing Service provider in Mckinney, Texas. we are a growing company with the need for a couple of test technicians to assist in electronic manufacturing verification of product. We encourage applicants with experience or education in test technologies and or electronics to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Perform electronic assembly and testing of various components and systems
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Use hand tools, soldering irons, and other equipment to assemble and repair electronic devices
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and standards
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electronic equipment
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve product design and functionality
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and test results

Skills:
- Proficient in using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments
- Strong analytical skills to analyze circuitry and identify potential issues
- Experience reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Familiarity with various hand tools used in electronics assembly and repair
- Knowledge of soldering techniques for both through-hole and surface mount components
- Ability to perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
- Understanding of PCB (Printed Circuit Board) layout and assembly processes
- Knowledge of quality control procedures to maintain product integrity
- Strong attention to detail for accurate assembly and testing
- Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment

This position requires a high level of technical expertise in electronics assembly, testing, and troubleshooting. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
