Office is located in Grand Prairi, Tx, 75050. Office position, 9-5 M-F. Weekends off.

We’re seeking a highly motivated recruiter to join our tea. as a recruiter, you will be responsible for screening and selecting qualified candidates to fill open positions within our organization. You will play a critical role in ensuring that we attract and retain top talent to meet our business needs. NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRE. all on the job training will be provided.

Duties:

• Conduct full cycle Recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing and hiring.

• Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Ensure essential paperwork is being completed for each new on board

• Conduct orientation and training from start to finish for new applicants

•Follow essential procedures to ensure your success and the company’s.

Pay: $450 a week salary up to $1000 per class you train, opportunity for all expens paid vacations, prizes, cash prizes and additional incentives offered, potential for advancement within the company and potential opportunity to consult for other offices in the area (voluntary).

No experience needed. A smiling face, enthusiasm and energetic personality is essential, all the other aspects of the position will be covered as you complete training.
