We are currently seeking a Sales Analyst for our Sales and Finance division that will support work within the United States.

What You’ll Do:

  • Administer a collaborative proposal process, including organizing project-specific information and developing proposal content and other requirements to meet established guidelines and target deadlines
  • Develop presentations (using PowerPoint, Illustrator, Photoshop) and supporting presentation materials for project proposals
  • Consistently review and improve the sales support materials used by Company for sales
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure the CRM platform captures all required information at key points in the customer cycle
  • Input, monitor, and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) software functions for Company sales operations
  • Manage, organize, and collect customer and sales documentation both internally and externally
  • Create and submit contract preparation and turnover documents such as contract requests, accounting intake forms, interconnection agreements, site control agreements, EPC contracts, and financing agreements.
  • Assist construction team with Utility interconnection applications and FAA submittals
  • Assist with market research, including information gathering on potential clients and other industry research to support the development of a sales and marketing plan.
  • Identify utility and governmental agency Request for Proposal (RFP) opportunities for Company to pursue; prepare and present recommendations for pursuing such opportunities; and execute the recommendations including coordinating RFP response preparation and submittal as authorized by Company management
  • Understand and interpret nation-wide utility rate structures and pricing, particularly the State of California and Hawaii, as well as international utility rates as necessary
  • Assist with creating financial and sales forecasting reports for management team, as needed
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, vendors, agencies, and co-workers
  • Write and proofread creative and technical content to establish uniformity across all marketing material for Company sales operations
  • Occasionally prepare customer-related financial and energy analytics in coordination with Company commercial sales, engineering, and legal staff
  • Support with other sales operations needs as assigned

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelors degree in Environmental Studies, Business Management, or related fields
  • Two (2 ) plus years of construction or engineering experience, preferably in solar energy projects, is required.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in an organized and accurate manner
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen

Qualifications
