Looking for caregiver with a big heart.
The caregiver will be responsible for providing companionship and assistance to individuals who are unable to care for themselves due to aging, illness, or disability. The caregiver will assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, and will also provide transportation to medical appointments and errands. The caregiver will also be responsible for light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders. The caregiver should be patient, empathetic, and able to communicate effectively with individuals who may have cognitive impairments. Some physical effort may be required in order to assist clients with mobility. A previous experience in a caregiving role is a plus.
The caregiver will be responsible for using a sit-to-stand lift to assist clients with mobility. This may involve transferring clients from bed to wheelchair or vice versa.
