Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team. As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage all front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders - Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards - Ensure that all guests receive prompt and courteous service - Monitor dining room activity to ensure efficient seating and service - Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely food delivery - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and bar - Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed - Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training new front-of-house employees - Implement and enforce food safety standards and health regulations Skills: - Strong culinary knowledge and understanding of food preparation techniques - Proven experience in hospitality management or related field - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team - Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience - Familiarity with kitchen operations and ability to assist as needed - Proficient in interviewing, hiring, and training new employees - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
